As an experienced Nurse Leader, most recently Associate Director of Nursing, a comprehensive experience in operational management, delivering education and service improvement working with a range of staff – nursing, medical and support staff. Significant expertise in workforce planning, development of competency frameworks and enhancing patient experience.
Estelle Greenwood – Director, Projects and Events Manager with previous history of working within the NHS for over 10 years for the Chief Executive and within Patient Experience, previous Management Consultancy and Events Management within the Training Industry for over 15 years. Trained by the Kings Fund in Creating Dementia Friendly Environments and currently working for own construction company (GM Building and Property Services) who can provide all aspects of building and construction, with expert experience of the health sector.
Precious Minds programme
We also offer the unique Precious minds programme that helps children to overcome their fear of dementia. It is delivered by our team using games, arts and crafts. By reducing the stress of visiting a relative who has dementia, children are more confident to communicate and interact with them.
Bespoke dementia training events
GM Building will support you in creating a bespoke dementia training event suitable to your organisation’s needs and can provide a venue if required. We believe in creating real life everyday situations that happen in the workplace or community we live in.
